Group Biosecurity Permits for Tomato Potato Psyllid (TPP)

New South Wales (NSW) has issued an updated Group Biosecurity Permits for Tomato Potato Psyllid (TPP) for Host Plant Material AND Carriers, replacing the previous TPP Group Permits OUT25/16437 (TPP Host Plant Materials), OUT25/15708 (TPP Host Plant Materials), and D26/121 (TPP Carriers) issued in December 2025 and January 2026. The updated permits are now in effect and set out the current requirements for moving regulated plant material into NSW.
