VICCHEM, a leading player in the agricultural and Industrial chemical manufacturing sector, proudly announces the appointment of Bill Dowdle as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Dowdle’s promotion follows the December announcement of Managing Director Andrew Killick’s retirement, and transition to the role of Chairman.
Bill Dowdle brings with him a wealth of experience as a dynamic business leader with a proven track record across various sectors, including agribusiness, biotechnology manufacturing and water management. Before joining VICCHEM, Dowdle served as CEO of AgLink Australia, the country’s largest Independent agricultural retail distributor with a group turnover of over 2 billion AUD. Additionally, he established AgLink Canada, serving as Its founding CEO. Dowdle is also an Advisory Board Member at ReNutrients Pty Ltd, an Australian business specialising in renewable, sustainable, organic fertilisers and nutrients for the agricultural Industry.
VICCHEM Chairman Andrew Killick expressed his delight at Dowdle’s appointment, emphasising his dynamic leadership style, values-driven approach, and diverse background. Killick stated, “The Board looks forward to working with Bill and realising the full potential of VICCHEM as we deliver long term growth and value for our customers”.
